Get Involved With RSCCM

RSCCM offers meaningful ways to support restorative practices in schools and communities. Whether you’re interested in volunteering with students or advancing your skills through mediation training, your involvement helps create safer environments for youth, families, and educators. Explore the opportunities below to learn how you can make a difference.

Restorative Justice Volunteers

Work with us in K‑12 schools to help students, teachers, and parents resolve conflict and build skills. Volunteers support the process—assisting with intake, facilitating circles or small‑group sessions, and helping create safe, respectful environments.

Typical conflicts we handle: taunts/teasing, student/staff tension, cyberbullying, rumors, intimidation/threats, and disruptive behavior.

Mediator Opportunities and Training

Expand your skills and become a certified mediator or facilitator. RSCCM offers both general and specialized trainings (domestic, civil, workplace) and can tailor workshops for businesses or groups.
