WHAT WE DO
Our Services
At RSCCM, we provide a suite of services designed to help people and organizations resolve conflict, improve communication, repair relationships, and build resilience. Whether you’re an individual, family, school, business, or institution, our trained professionals are here to guide you through a respectful process that helps you bring your own solutions to life.
Mediation
Mediation is a voluntary and confidential process where a neutral, third-party facilitator supports the parties in conflict to speak openly, understand each other, and reach a mutually acceptable agreement. Unlike formal courtroom proceedings, mediation gives the participants control over the outcome and helps preserve relationships.

Supporting parents, schools, and students in resolving disagreements about educational services or Individualized Education Programs (IEPs).
Restorative Justice
Our restorative-justice practices bring together the people affected by conflict (including harm, wrongdoing, or misconduct) in a safe, structured conversation. The goal is to shift from blame and punishment toward accountability, empathy, repair, and meaningful change. RSCCM uses this approach in schools, community settings, and youth programs, helping transform harmful incidents into opportunities for learning, connection, and healing.
