About RSCCM
The Resolution Services Center (RSCCM) promotes conflict resolution through trainings, mediation services, and restorative practices. As mediators, we empower parties to take control of their own solutions, allowing people in conflict an opportunity to communicate more effectively in the hope of reaching a mutual agreement which can resolve their dispute. Our restorative practices offer children peaceful means to solve problems, uplifting productive conversations and focusing on understanding—not punishment—to transform schools and local communities.

Our Team
RSCCM is powered by a dedicated team of mediators, facilitators, educators, and community advocates who bring decades of combined experience in conflict resolution and restorative practices. Our staff and board work side-by-side to guide individuals, families, schools, and organizations through challenges with compassion, clarity, and respect.

We work in communities throughout Central Michigan, across our six-county region: Clinton, Eaton, Gratiot, Ingham, Isabella, and Shiawassee.
