Student Support Services

RSCCM is seeking compassionate individuals to provide supportive services to students in a school setting. Facilitators model and promote positive problem-solving skills using Restorative Practices, helping students navigate conflicts and build stronger relationships.

Position Details

  • Hours: 24–30 per week, typically 6-hour shifts from 8:30 am – 2:30 pm during the school day
  • Pay: $16–$18/hour
  • Benefits: Flexible schedule, paid time off, accrued sick time

Responsibilities

  • Work directly with students to address conflicts and foster positive problem-solving skills
  • Provide empathetic support and guidance in one-on-one and group settings
  • Educate students, parents, and staff about RSCCM’s Restorative Justice (RJ) program
  • Maintain accurate case documentation
  • Participate in initial and ongoing restorative practice training
